| Secretariat The CCEE Secretariat is located in St. Gallen (Switzerland). It operates serving the plenary Assembly, the Presidency and the Presidents of the CCEE Commissions. At present, it is made up of a General Secretary appointed by the plenary Assembly for five years, a Media Officer and two office staff.
